El cuarto sencillo de su último disco "Head above water" me parece acertado en cuanto al estilo del álbum. Es una canción muy interesante, con una intro orquestal para continuar con sus ritmos pop-rock que la caracterizan. La canción trata de algo por lo que todos hemos pasado alguna vez, enamorarnos de alguien tóxico que por más que somos conscientes de ello, no podemos dejar a esa persona. El video musical me encanta, muestra una indumentaria gótica que luce genial y me recuerda mucho a una de mis series favoritas. "Buffy la cazavampiros"

If I close my eyes listening this song I can't picture Avril as the singer. I might even think the person playing this record is someone else, maybe a new artist. Even the video, comparing her previews style it is completely distinct. She holding the cross, wearing dresses of multiple colours, (very Gothic ones, red, white or black) where is the crazy teenager making a mess with her Punk friends in a mall..... Chill out!!
ResponderEliminarI am not gonna lie, the red long dress, she playing the piano with the thunders, the illumination, and the forest, all the scenario reminds me a bit to Metal symphonic style. However, the rhythm is still very poppy for me!!
I think this song it is getting close to something romantically dark that actually don't enjoy
